In the context of the project preparation, a meeting of the members of the Operational Team took place at the offices of SYNVIO for the organization and preparation of the necessary actions for the project. More specifically discussed were:

(a) the pilot aboveground areas to be used as sampling stations

(b) the sampling methodology to be followed for the monitoring of pests and diseases,

(c) the way in which the results are communicated to producers; and

d) finally, the head agronomist of the cooperative was informed about the project implementation process
